Registration
Registration Fees:
- CACUSS Members - $625* - This rate applies if you have become a member or renewed your membership between February 1st - May 7th, 2010.
- Non-Members - $775*
- Students - $350*
Other Options:
- One-Day Conference (June 21 or 22 or 23) - $200*
- Extra Patio Party ticket (June 21) - $40*
- Extra Shine Closing Banquet ticket (June 23) - $60*
(* GST will be added to the fees)
Conference registration includes;
- Opening reception and program (Sunday evening)
- Divisional receptions (Monday evening)
- One Patio Party admission (Monday evening)
- 2011 Reception (Wednesday evening)
- One Closing Banquet admission (Wednesday evening)
- Break snacks and lunches on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Note:
- Becoming a member before start of the 2010 conference allows you to register at the member rate.
- Single day registration does not include evening social events or Shine banquet.
Cancellation Policy
- All fees will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing before May 28, 2010.
- All fees, less an administrative fee of $150, will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing before June 11, 2010.
- After June 11, no refunds will be issued.
